Webmail Instructions
The following instructions will help you access your KCTCS Webmail account. Remember that this account is the college's official means of communicating with you, so check it often.
- Go to https://webmail.kctcs.edu
- Select "New Account Activation"
- Enter your last name and your nine digit student ID (ex: 001111100)
- This number is available from the Admissions office. It is often listed at the top of your registration card.
- Click "Sign In".
- Your name should then appear on the screen. Select "yes" if correct.
- Your e-mail account information should appear on the screen. Write this information down or print this page. It is important to have this information for future reference.
- If you do not have access to a printer, make sure you write down your username (ex: jsmith0004) and your new email address (ex: jsmith0004@kctcs.edu).
- Set your password.
- The password must be at least 8 characters long. It must include uppercase (A-Z) and lowercase (a-z) characters and numbers (0-9) or symbols (%#@). You cannot use your name within your password.
Once you have completed these steps, you can log onto student webmail by returning to https://webmail.kctcs.edu/exchange. Email is generated after registration occurs; however, you can set up your email account at any time.
