Online Services Instructions

The following instructions will help you access your schedule, grades, account, and financial aid information via online services.

1. Access PeopleSoft through the student portal at https://students.kctcs.edu.
2. Select "Login Here". You will be directed to a login page.
3. Type your login credentials in the appropriate boxes and click the "Sign In" button.
   • This is the same UserID and Password you use to access your Student E-mail Account.
4. Select "Self Service"
   • Select "Enrollment" to view your class schedule, add a class or drop a class.
   • Select "Academic Records" to view your grades or your advisor.
   • Select "Campus Finances" to view your financial aid or tuition bill.

When you are finished viewing your information, always close the browser to prevent others from accessing your information.
