Our Mission

The mission of Madisonville Community College's Ready to Work program is to promote the success of Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (K-TAP) and Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) eligible participants who are degree-seeking students enrolled in post-secondary education programs in the community and technical college system by providing short-term training programs integrating basic skills, employability skills, life skills, and occupational skills to meet identified employer needs.
